IDP Graduate Faculty Database Update

Use this form to update and/or correct your information in the IDP Faculty Database that was emailed to you. Other than the initial required fields, you only have to enter data that are being added to or changed from the current database. Do not complete every field. If you were not included in the database file, then you may use this form to enter all of the required information for the first time. EVEN IF ALL OF THE DATA ARE CORRECT, YOU MUST CLICK THE "OK" BUTTON BELOW, OR YOU WILL BE REMINDED TO DO SO FOREVER.

  • If your primary appointment is in an IDP basic science department, then put that here. If your primary appointment is not in an IDP basic science science department, you must have a joint appointment and graduate faculty status in one of the 8 IDP basic science departments.
  • Faculty should only have two Advanced Concentration appointments. If you want a third concentration, you will have to justify this.
