Admissions



Graduate students are admitted into the Biochemistry & Molecular Biology program through the Interdisciplinary Program in Biomedical Sciences (IDP) in the College of Medicine. In the first year of studies, graduate students choose to specialize or "major" in one of the six Advanced Concentrations which include 1) Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, 2) Genetics, 3) Immunology & Microbiology, 4) Molecular Cell Biology, 5) Neuroscience, and 6) Physiology & Pharmacology.
