                  NOTES:  there is absolutely no provision for waiving or deferring the $30 application fee. 

C.  Request all undergraduate and graduate institutions you have attended to mail official transcripts to:

                 Transcripts MUST be sent directly by a University official.  All transcripts mailed by the student will be considered "unofficial".  
                 Such transcripts may be used for initial review, but official transcripts are required before admission decisions can be made.
