You should have been provided with a pdf file that is the official recommendation form for the University of Florida and the Interdisciplinary Program in Biomedical Sciences. If not, please click here to download the form.

Thank you for providing a recommendation for an applicant to the UF College of Medicine Master's Program in Medical Science. Please use this online form to either paste text or to upload a document for your recommendation. You may also submit your electronic recommendation via the University of Florida web site, if you received a letter request from the main university office. In any case, we do not want paper hard copy letters.
