Rapid Methods in X-ray Crystallography and Structure-Based Drug Design
We use X-ray crystallography to answer questions regarding immune recognition. In addition, we use methods in structure-based drug design to discover and develop novel therapies for human diseases. We are actively targeting cardiovascular diseases, cancer and diabetes by high-throughput virtual screening combined with functional testing in vitro and in vivo.
