Medical Guild Advancement to Candidacy Award

Thanks to the generosity of the College of Medicine Guild there is a new graduate student award competition, named the Medical Guild Advancement to Candidacy Award.  It is open third year PhD students who have passed the qualifying exam since August 2011.  It is based on academic and research excellence, and the top three finalists will receive $1,000 awards.  This is a self-nomination by the student in conjunction with their mentor.
